[SPOILERS] We are only through the second episode of season two and Major is already off to a rough start.

In the premiere episode “Grumpy Old Liv”, we find Major back to his old self after the brief transformation into a zombie, only to be ‘cured’ by the only dose of cure left. However, soon we find out that he, and Blaine, can somehow sense when a zombie is around.

[except Liv, she is the only zombie Major can’t sense]

What!? We now have two zombie detectors! Unfortunately for Major, someone [Vaughn] noticed his newfound skill and has decided that he should become a zombie killer for hire. The catch being that it really isn’t for hire, more under threat that if he doesn’t help them kill all the zombies they would kill Liv.

Under duress Major goes out and kills the man he was just training as a fitness client, with the watchful eye of Gilda to make sure he was following through. Which he did, and I hate to see Major in this position. Who doesn’t want that boyish charm to be happy and murder free.

Lets talk about this Gilda situation for a second. She has wormed her way into Liv’s life as her new roommate, and is working for Vaughn, spying on both Liv and Major. How long do we think it will take before Major shows up at Liv’s apartment and sees Gilda there..? What would he do about it; he is in a tight spot either way. I think that if Liv finds out who Gilda is, and what she is doing, she will probably go zombie on her ass – or at least that’s what I want her to do.

Okay, and then in the second episode “Zombie Bro”, which was amazing by the way. Major is clearly under stress, goes out with Ravi so he could experiment with some untainted utopium, in the hopes to understand it better – yeah ok, that’s the only reason. Major feeling trapped in a life position he doesn’t want, decides to take some of the utopium as well, and things go awry. After Liv has to come and get the boys from the club after their drug bender, Major sees Liv texting and throws her phone out the window telling her they are always watching, they bush off his comments as incoherent mumbo jumbo. After Liv get Major settled in the bathroom with aspirin and fluids, he asks her to stay making a statement that he will never let anyone hurt her.

Clearly, we all took this as a hopeful sign of their possible future [together], but when Liv comes by to pick up the phone he got her to replace the one he threw out the window – he refused to see her. The show then moves to focus in on Major with more drugs. Is Major developing a serious drug problem to avoid the feelings he is drowning in – ya know, for being forced to go around murdering people.

Are all the bodies that started showing up in the morgue the people that Major was killing? Is Major getting so elaborate with the murdering; pulling out teeth and fingernails? Or are these bodies coming from Blaine? It seems like Major had only done the murdering deed once so far, and he shot him, but I could be wrong. However, either way I think the bodies turning up are most definitely the work of sadistic Blaine.

I can’t wait for next week’s episode “Real Dead Housewife of Seattle”!

Which, from the preview pictures, it looks like we will be seeing Peyton XD
